Your work keeps getting bolder, even stronger than before. Some of the recent series of portraits are outstanding. How do you catch em candid? You using a telephoto?
Thanks very much david. Well, I will say one thing that has helped was the swap out of my newer 85mm f/1.4 to replace the 85mm f/1.8. It was a big splurge but it made an amazing difference, to the point, as you can see here, I feel confident shooting with it in low light (this was handheld, at f/2, high iso). Not total darkness like say the 50mm, but with a bit of street light I’m set.
